Description of Bug Experienced:
I'm a defiler cleric. I have been defiler for weeks. I did -relevel today to fix an issue with my feats and upon trying to relevel I lost both heavy armour proficiency and simple weapons, which I should have. Strangely I kept shield proficiency.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:

I should have heavy armour prof and simple weapons
Actual Result:
You don't get either.

Same happened to me with a new character, also Defiler, missing Proficiencies. Although, Wiki says Defilers get only light and medium armor, not heavy, and those two I have.
Ive tried on both the pgcc and now the main server, certain classes such as cleric, shaman, and potentially others are not giving the weapon and armor proficiency feats that come standard with the classes making it impossible to wear armor and making all weapons have a penalty due to non-proficiency.
Clerics at level 1 and 2 don't give any proficiencies until they chose a path at level 3.
Can you be more specific on Shaman? I see the simple proficiency is given to all shamans at level 1 on the cls_feat_sham.2da
Even at lv three and a path cleric is still not granting the basic weapon proficiency.

The Empowered Bull's Strength for the cleric's Strength domain does not appear to be working. It still caps at 5, instead of 7.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Have the strength domain as a cleric, cast Bull's Strength.
Expected Result:
It Bull's Strength is cast as if empowered, so the cap is 7.
Actual Result:
The cap is 5 (as usual).

I have experienced the same thing, missing weapon proficiency feats.
I made a defiler path drow cleric, the only weapon proficiency she has is for Elf weapons, seems to have removed the Drow weapon proficiency (Whip, proficiency) and simple weapons.
Shield, armor and otherwise are showing just fine.

Fix is in the pipeline.
Defiler Clerics not getting their intended proficiencies should be fixed, let me know if it remains bugged.
It now works for both a defiler I had and one I rolled up just to check.
I've brought it back to say that I have a Warpriest 16/Fighter 1 and my CL is 16 rather than 17, as expected, thanks to the flat +1 CL that Warpriest is supposed to get. Is this a major, game-breaking bug? No. But I'll probably update this if the CL continues to not exist.
Description of Bug Experienced:
Sun domain power doesn’t refresh on cooldown. I use it once and it stays depleted until rest. This is also true for the Moon domain power. -cd does nothing to help.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Activate cleric domain power
Following a server restart, prepared domain spells are now unprepared from the spellbook and must be re-slotted. Myself and another cleric friend have had this experience across two resets.
What domains are you using? I'm not encountering this with the trickery domain.

Moon Domain for both, but I also noticed that I was minus the spells from my War domain. As an update, it has not happened beyond those two instances. I'm not sure what happened.

I used to suffer this issue when I used the illusion domain. I was wondering if it was tied to the newly added domains, but if you're suffering it with the war domain too than maybe not. I've not had it happen in a very long time though, and it's not happening with trickery. It doesn't have to do with the new spells either, I always keep serene visage prepared and it doesn't disappear. I can't speak for my other domain, I rarely prepare stuff from it.

I am also noticing that for war domain
