I've always liked the Shadow Shield sound effect.
In the depths, no one can hear you scream...

Well, they can, but it's really muffled.

I have no favorite sounds effect.
I play video games on almost mute volume. Usually leave it barely audible, between 2 and 6. The reason is due to a parent who hated computer games and used to sit in the same room with me and yell: "lower that loud volume!" (yet the TV is kept too loud that i could hear it clearly from the other room).
Now, over 12 years later after i moved out, and still that habit persists.
Of course, keeping volume at 4 or 6 makes it impossible to play without subtitles.

"Hark, the bell. It tolls for thee".
"Ayyyyaaaaaaaaaaaaagh!"
"Fire and flame! Let's play a game~"
*Level up angelical goodness*
The sound of a weapon with 5 elements in it. Even better if magic is one of those damages.

NWN has not only a cheesy voiceset. It's extra cheesy, extra hammy, extra sandwiched-up with hilarious content, and to the day, I think it's the best combination of voices I've ever heard in a game.
Newer games should take note of this.

I don't know Iceborn, the Baldur's Gate games had some great voices too. A couple of oldies, but goodies (I think both are from Baldur's Gate 1):

"So I kicked him in the head 'til he was dead"
and
"My hotel's as clean as an elven arse!"

But NWN does have some pretty great ones too!

I dunno. Between the two, I think NWN takes the cake, but Baldur's Gate was legendary too.
