Add a potion merchant to UD
As is there are no NPCs in the Underdark that sell Bull's Strength, Cat's Grace, Endurance, Eagle's Splendor, or Barkskin potions. Please fix this.

You just didn't look close enough. Besides player shops supply those regularly
