The Cordor Guard!

Post by P Three »

Because you all bust your butts. You deal with annoyances and grief both IC and OOC, and you keep it together and keep it fun. You are, to me, exceptional players, one and all. I was on my way out when I was brought in, and this faction is what gave me a second wind and showed me that there was definitely fun to be had. I know I may forget some of you, so speak up if I do! Also, I am bad at playernames. Apologies.

Jenna Le'len (StudioWinters), who is Storm's favorite Lieutenant.
Lily Kenner (daemonshadow), who went from target of fury to supervisor to confidante and best friend.
Vanom. Who...is Vanom and occasionally made Storm's eyelid twitch.
Desmond Frey (Cerb insert number here). Damn it, Desmond. The entire reason Storm ever joined to begin with, and why she will probably never leave.
Ashani Blake (wriggle). Who also makes Storm's eye twitch in a good if infuriated way.
Droibo (also wriggle, though he's left the guard) for being the Councilor she didn't want to choke.
Lucien Oakenheart (CamulusStorm), because fraternization whether she wants it or not!
Orl (BMX-Bandit), for occasionally leaving her wondering what the hell goes on in his head.
Talyra, for girlie gossip!
Lucia Hallowbrook (Ghosty), because she's so damn stable.
Ezra Kross. We miss you, jerk!
AND!
Corran Bigsby (DaCrag) because strife is needed to advance characters, on either side.

Thank you, all of you, for making my experience on Arelith as good as it is!

I can also add kudos to the guard. Very much so.
And not just the current guard. All that have ever existed, and will.

I know certain people, such as Goar (*Cough*), might not be the most pleasurable IC experiences.
If he finds something useless, he tends to make that clear.
But surely, he's not the worst case. There's the people who resort to PvP. And worse.

its easy to see storm is the guard's beast of burden right now. running things takes alot of determination, and thats something you have in spades as a player.

just try not to overdo it, classic way to get burnt out :D

I'm glad to see the guard is going strong. I miss playing with them in an 'official' capacity as magistrate but, thankfully, the unofficial way has be fun and made me laugh quiet a bit. ^^

My creep will be watching~

I too say Kudos to the guard. this group of guards is the best we have had including Orl, since 2012. ive watched and you are all a wonderful mix of mischief, mayhem, and murderous intent, bundled up within the confines of a rigid legal structure that crushes you, still you somehow still manage to function while protecting it and the city with out going completely insane.

Tibbs vanished into RL and other games. I'm sure he'll stage a massive comeback.
