Captured slaves and UD Writs

Allowed captured slaves "Collared after creation" to obtain writs in the UD please, it makes very little sense that someone who sought that role should need to go to the surface to make use of the writ system, possibly with a reduced gold reward, or a reward that goes to the owner of the slave rather than the slave character
