The Cossack Ball!

Post by LegaciesNeverDie »

I think we can agree that it was pretty excellent! Costume contests, seducing the contest judges, stilts, drinking, infiltrators, setting dignitaries on fire, and insane, crippling turnout! Definitely top event I've ever been to tonight!

Kudos to the hosts, Comedy and Tragedy, and to everyone who came since you were all also great!

Costumes in attendance that I can remember off the top of my head:
Comedy/Tragedy,
General Cordell
Black Skulldeath
Jenna Le'len
Kaliyah Serafine
A Cordor Guard
Gabriel Lace
One of Thoramind's Animate Candelabra,
'Murder'
Mephistopheles
Fierna
Oz'ydieniasdgmi DrowName
Ann Thrule (by Ann Thrule)
Verankht Zarunkumar
A zombie
El Fuego Conquistando
La Amenaza Encapuchado
A troll
CMDR. Orl
Black/White Quenn (Chess pieces)
Way more I'm forgetting!

Screenshots below!
Mingling before the contest
Lining up for the costume contest
So many people for hours afterwards!

My costume was offensive enough to get slammed into a wall. I consider this a success.

Laughing is a felony. Jenna will arrest you after the party. And eat you. She needs a drink.

I'm happy I managed to stay awake to be there. Competitions during the event were very well paced and even the lag was bearable. A lot of fun, and it was interesting to see all the costumes people came up with!

I'm so glad so many people had fun and turned up! I loved seeing all the costumes and antics. Couldn't have done it without my partner in theater Tragedy or without the help of Will Undertree who so dutifully handed out my fliers around the isle when I was too sick to stay up.

Thanks for coming out and we hope to see you again at our next event!

And mine was good enough for interrogation!
I think we won our own little competitions there.

Shout out to Liira for showing up as Princess Buttercup, was pretty perfect that Zane was going as Dread Pirate Roberts.

It was all very pretty. Even from the darkest corner.

It was a lot of fun seeing so many people and their costumes..

I speak only for myself and not my character.. who hated every second of it. But he had his reasons for being there.

You can actually see him in the top left hand corner of this http://i.imgur.com/6EEEUPh.jpg picture trying to make small talk with a potted plant.

I grow ever curious of Janick.

I really enjoyed the pianist, by the way. Whoever that was - special kudos to you.
