Make Amnian ships easier to find.

We will file suggestions here that did not make the cut. Don't expect detailed responses, but the most common reasons are:

  • implementing the suggestion is impractical, or too much work for the gain
  • the suggestion is thematically against our design philosophy
  • the suggestion is too detailed/low-level
    Keep your suggestions broad and focused on RP benefits, please, not detailed suggestions of how to fix everything.

Make Amnian ships easier to find.

We've got like 10 pirates on Sencliff all doing the exact same writ and have been doing it for the last like three weeks. I have spent like 30 hours on a boat and have yet to encounter a single Amnish ship.

I get they're the hardest encounter to fight at sea with the best loot, but just like a little less rare would be lovely. Especially for all the Amn haters. The Amnish fleet has been parked north of Arelith for like decades in game, it really is a pain we can't peel one of them off to complete our Amnish writ.

Sorry. A lot of the Ship System is just pure random with some chance thrown in there. Its on my todo list to rework the encounter system and some other things for the Ships.
