Boreal Keep Placable count too low.

The Boreal Keep has a number of areas. However the primary floor, if you will, hosts a vast public space 'and' 4 player homes.

For this collection, the 60 placable limit seems too small. Because the amount of fancy, wizardly doodads the various mages put in the public area has left us with barely any space in the living quarters. It would be nice to see this cap raised.

This has been discussed before, by the team.

I don't want too many more fixtures, especially in exterior areas, but there are plenty of areas that could do with a higher limit.

This shouldn't be hard to do.

(If a developer picks this up I would like to have a FIXTURE_LIMIT variable I can add to specific areas, that would override the normal limit)
