-twohand Command on Spears

This was suggested once before, from my preliminary searching, so I'll change up the request a bit.

My understanding is that bastard swords are currently the only weapons to benefit from the -twohand command because, aside from just making sense for a weapon considered to be a hand-and-a-half sword, it requires the exotic weapon feat to utilize.

My suggestion is to allow the -twohand command to function with spears after acquiring weapon focus spear, or weapon specialization spear, or some combination thereof.

I believe this makes sense based on how spears function in combat as both one-handed-with-shield, and two-handed for power and accuracy, and would benefit dedicated spear users.
