Like Katanas, make Kamas tiny-sized.
The reason I suggest this is for more inclusion of smaller races.
Presently the only options when playing a small-sized Monk are to use fists and suffer the lower damage output, or to use small-sized kamas and suffer -4/-4 since it's the equivalent of a medium-sized creature wielding two medium-sized weapons.
Making kamas tiny-sized would allow for small-sized creatures to take Monk levels without gimping themselves.

If possible to do, then yes (there were some issues with the katana change)
The current situation only serves to disadvantage small stature creatures, which are hardly the most powerful beings as it is.
