While in Skal, there are jail cells to hold players for questioning and other RP elements. I had placed someone into one of these cells and they cast Knock opening all the locked doors in the room. I was able to reproduce this with a wand, scroll, and known spell Knock and got the same result.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Cast knock in the room on Skal.
Expected Result:
Door remained locked.
Actual Result:
All doors were unlocked.
