Hi,
I still feel healers are not so much of the change to standard cleric in healing abilities, so I propose this little change/boost.
Healing Circle activates more than three times for healers.
I would propose something like 3+1/6cl rounds. This brings us up to max of 5 procs for pure 30 lvl healer.
Because of necessity of staying at the place of circle for that long time I don't feel this is unbalancing in any way but this can make a healers better feel of his healing abilities.
This is also not affecting PvP and for single target can be overshadowed by using healing kits.
Stay healthy and healed.

Re: Healers - Healing Circle
Healers already provide up to 150 regenerating temp hp. Their healing abilities can be empowered and can be further empowered with healing domain. Healers make pve a joke already. Staying within the circle is very easy in pve and it heals quite a lot already. They dont need any buff to this spell and the path is currently one of the strongest paths in Arelith if not the strongest.Cagus wrote: Fri Apr 26, 2019 8:25 pm Hi,

thank you for your opinion, although I don't agree with you. I address sentence by sentence.
Yes, healers have overheal, which is strong buff, I agree. But that is one of few, and one really impacting change. Seems like whole path regards around one feature. That's one of the reasons for this.
The empowering apply for all clerics, so it is not affected by being or not being healer at all.
Empowering healing spells is also counterproductive, as it is always much effective to use unempowered-version of the spell at same level slot.
Code: Select all
level Emp Unemp. same slot
2. 6 - 19
3. 14,25 - 28,5
4. 28,5 - 38
5. 42,75 - 34,5 <- circle 1st round instant heal
6. 57 - 200
Also it is false, for "Clerics with the healing domain will notice that empowered versions of the cure spells will not be twice empowered."
Also healers spontaneous circle is implemented as ability, therefore it cannot be empowered.
Staying in the circle situational, but usually for the healer the risk of running into the fray (without defenses-AC as healer is stripped of them) for 34,5 per round to 103,5 max (at lvl 30) doesn't seem rewarding. This would make it rewarding as his action would have more lingering effect.
As for healers being strongest path, this is not only disputable, but also demagogic. For in comparison with infinite darknesses (2 paths); ability to summon 2 equivalent fighters; or spectrum of 50 mostly unique spells along with strongest summon creature possible, immunity to magic or immunity to sneaks and crits, which healer can silently envy, doesn't make this path outstanding between the others.
Re: Healers - Healing Circle
Healing circle looks like such a meme spell, a change like this would be interesting to see.
Lifeline, and spontaneous heal + massheal are also super strong things healers get, that normal clerics dont.Yes, healers have overheal, which is strong buff, I agree.
