Harpy (Darkwing)
Bug with the Harpy (Darkwing (or Shadewing, can't remember)) that sometimes spawns in the Harpy nest at the Crystal caves. Today it summoned a "shade" which was nothing but a nameless, static, generic Dwarf with no name.

I haven't spotted any other spawn that summons a shade to see if this is a consistent problem.
