Fix Respawn XP Scaling

We will file suggestions here that did not make the cut. Don't expect detailed responses, but the most common reasons are:

  • implementing the suggestion is impractical, or too much work for the gain

Fix Respawn XP Scaling

At 20 its 2000, at 21 it becomes 4200. It goes from 100*level to 200*level, that is far too much scaling from one level to another.

Level 1-10 is 50 per level. It doubles to 100 per level 11-20 and doubles again to 200 per level 21-30.
