Post HaK: Epic Spells Focus as Cleric now require Components

After the hak launch Epic Spell Foci abilities cast by a Cleric now request components (As per Wizards) rather than taking the 5% piety as previous.

Tested spells:
- Epic Spell Focus: Divination (-scry)
- Epic Spell Focus: Illusion (-project_image)


Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Illusion (Clone):
Log in as a cleric with the Epic Spell focus abilities
Use ESF: Illusion from radial menu
Target yourself / ground for a clone
Observe spell fails and text appears regarding 'You don't have enough components to cast that'

Divination (Scry):
Log in as a cleric with the Epic Spell focus abilities
Type -scry <Target name> in the dialogue box
Observe spell fails and text appears regarding 'You don't have enough components to cast that'


Expected result
-----------------------
Both abilities should succeed and reduce Piety level by 5%


Actual result

spell fails and text appears regarding 'You don't have enough components to cast that'


Notes
-------------------
-project_image <name> for sending messages still works as previous

Have not yet tested whether acquiring components allows the Cleric to cast the abilities
