Inability to transition giant skull doorways/transitions in the underground cave (Coal Mines, Bullywug Cave)s

Description of Bug Experienced:
On my HOrc model character, I am get stuck when attempting to transition underground giant skull doorways. Additionally, in the cave tileset I am often found walking on the ceilings.


Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Any attempt to walk into a giant skull doorway/transition

Expected Result:
Ability to pass through giant skull soorway/transitiona successfully

So far this only seems to be impacting my HOrc character, I'll try it out on my Orog as well and see what happens.

I ran a second HOrc in to the same transition point in the Bullwug Lair and it cannot pass the giant skull transition that preceeds the final room on the first level leading to the second level.

This is pretty game breaking and it looks like another person has reported this as well. Is this a player thing or a model thing? I have tested it with a few characters now and across a couple of installed instances of NWN. I do not believe it is a player thing, but if it is, let me know and I'll reinstall the game.
