ESF Necromancy Bonus Spell

The ESF necromancy bonus cast of Create Greater Undead is not showing up, either on the widget or in one of my radial menus. The character in question is a 3 wizard/10 pale master, which might be contributing to it, since he's non-epic.

Your guess is correct. ESF abilities only appear to characters who can cast 9th level spells, AFAIK.

While this is true, it's because ESF requires 9th level spells, normally. It was not the case prior to the movement to haks - Level 13 characters with the split I described got the bonus spell.

I can confirm that an epic character with ESF Necromancy but without 9th level spells is able to use it. So I think what's happening here is that you need to be epic level before getting access to the ESF cookie, like suggested in the OP.
