Temples:
Currently: we have the red knight/"drop ur god here" temple and some shrines here and there.
Also we have two player owned temple that are often used for something different (Kudo's to Clemency for sticking with temple and turning it in what it is today <3)
My suggestion: Put some proper temples around! Turn the Amn abassy in 80% Waukeen temple, Make one for Bane (Cause we are secretly all banites) And Torm. And that is just the Government district.
Also have each temple hold 1-2 quarters only availible for cleric of faith. Or just of faith.
Districts:
I'm currently pleased with the districts there are, But I am missing something. I'm still hard rooting for a slums.
And not some "stuff is poor here that is it" I mean criminal slums, Own leader " Crime boss" with it's own exile system etc, Up the sewer entrance of the mask temple to there, Drop an Illmateri temple in it for <3 #Bring evil back to surface 'n stuff

Being on that point:
With HAKZ and all the awesomeness, Can we do roofs?
I mean travel/escape stuff for Dex builds to get around Cordor with jumps and climbs etc. And when failing dropping in the middle of Cordor streets.
Rogue dungeons:
Let's make a few rogue dungeons! W-what are those? Houses, mansions, Who are designed to be broken into by a rogue-like class
You'll face things like sneaking past guards, Disarming traps, open locks, Find chests.
The best option for these would be through a job handler that resides in my imaginary slum, You take job, key is given to door > go to door, Job starts. (else these dungeons would be raided every 10 min by epics I wager.
Ideas for the jobs: lvl 1-6 a house 10-15 a mansion 20+ part of / the castle of Cordor.
