The soundtrack in the Treadstone Houses

The background music that plays inside the Treadstone houses is kind of maybe too creepy for what is supposed to be a residential area. This is the song that plays (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FAfHlJ-SI7w) which in my opinion fits much better a dungeon rather than a home. Maybe it could be replaced with this one (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dp8HRvZMDgk)? It's the one that plays outside in the Treadstone. This one (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-pM_E1T8Gtc) also works great for it, in my opinion. By the way, the areas are called 'Underdark (Shipyard) Treadstone Locks (House).
