Ranger Archer path issues

Having made a Ranger on the PGCC taking the ARcher path and using ranger bonus feats for Ambidexterity and Two weapon fighting,

with 9 Ranger I then leveled once into Fighter to take Improved two weapon fighting, Which does not appear on the character sheet at all after taking it, and I can then take it again next level with the same effect.

So it appears that archer path rangers cannot choose Improved two-weapon fighting as a feat at all.

I then de-leveled to 8 and took Fighter at 9 instead, taking IMproved two-weapon fighting, It then had no issues appearing on my character sheet and working properly
