Stable Assembly Template Repair Degradation

My Stable Assembly Template (Which I've made myself) was at 20 durability at the time. I tried repairing it with a forge repair kit, but when I did, the text above my head, which was in blue, showed "21/21". It really makes me nervous. I asked others and it seems to be a bug. I've asked DM Titania the same and she's suggested me to post it on the forums in the bug section.

I was in the Skal Trade House when it happened. I used the Forge Repair Kit made by the character named Eol. I've no clue how to replicate it, but I will try with a different repair kit in the future and see if my durability is only 21 max or it was just the forge repair kit.

Nope, it's not a bug. It starts at 30, but is repairable only to 21. The idea is that you enchant two batches, dropping to 1 charge, and repair.

And that is for every single one? Every single Stable Template made? I was not informed of this. Thank you!
