Can the astrolabe be moved from surface to c&p?

I can't rest for spells until I transition to hostile areas because the planes are on a different server than the astrolabe, and every time I return to the Astrolabe from one of the planes it despawns my summon.

If the Astrolabe can't be moved, could the planes be moved to surface?

I think moving it to C&P makes good sense.
