I just encountered a strange bug. My inventory was too full to unequip my tower shield, but not so full that I couldn't unequip my sword, so I just unequipped that. When I wanted to reequip the sword, I just used my hotkey to equip both sword and shield. The sword equipped fine, but something very strange happened with the shield.
The shield is still showing as equipped in my inventory, but isn't selectable. The shield on the ground doesn't have a name and also isn't selectable. There's no shield anywhere else in my inventory, and the empty spot on my hotkey bar (F10) is where the sword/shield used to be. As of right now, the shield seems to be gone completely, with no way to access it.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
- Add weapon and shield pair to single hotkey
- Equip weapon/shield
- Fill inventory until tower shield (may work with any shield) cannot fit in inventory, but weapon can
- Use hotkey to unequip weapon/shield. This should result in only the weapon being unequipped, along with a message that your inventory is full. Shield remains equipped.
- Use hotkey again to reequip weapon/shield.
Weapon is reequipped, shield remains equipped.
Actual Result:
Weapon is reequipped. Shield disappears from model, appears on ground but is not selectable. Shield icon remains equipped in inventory but is not selectable. Hotkey is cleared out.
