For the love of awesomeness - make that naked-dwarf-summon bug into an easter egg type of spawn somewhere!
And probably make it so it summons Derro - naked derro summoning would totally make sense.
Storywise it could be explained by teleport or summon spell fail.
Or there could be a nudist evil entity that grants its warlock contractees with this awesome derro-summons ability.
"Oh look, an unidentified magical wand - let`s just see what it does by randomly using it in battle!"
