This might not be a bug, but heck i'll post it anyhow.
I'm unable to use the "commoner" class with the minor award for "noble".
While yes contradictionary i had planned to design a non-combat noble character.
PS: Why can you select lower ECL on the commoner class? ECL doesn't affect it at all, does it ?

This is why I made a suggestion that the name "Commoner" be changed to "Expert". It's more in line with 3.5 D&D nomenclature and also makes it so you don't have to justify a Noble Commoner for RP.
