Hello,
As a spell sword I have 52 points in Lore (Using Epic Skill Focus) I was able to use WoF Scrolls on the Pgcc following this same build but in the actual game I'm still restricted.
Any thoughts as to what is causing that?

Not sure why it would work on pgcc, but do you have 3 (or more) Bard levels? If so, subtract 3 (or more) from your score. Bardic knowledge, +1 lore per level, doesn't count for scrolls.
