Relevel error, no HP message (or any message)

Description of Bug Experienced:
Used -relevel at 26 and it works fine up until level 24.

At level 24 and click level up, make all the choices and click OK for level 25, but remain level 24.

No HP error or any error. Appears as if it is working, but the character doesn't actually get the next level. The "level up" ding didn't happen the first time and it only happens on re-login. Not when re-clicking the button. The character does have enough experience ~333K for level 26.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Click level up, try to level up, but remain same level 24. Changed areas, logged out, closed game and back... still same result.

Expected Result:
Get level 25.

Actual Result:
Remain at level 24 like nothing happened.

Turns out I was too preoccupied with making a GIF to notice that it was a too much HP error, sorry! Looked right past it.
