Lost items + Distant Shores crash

Hi,

What happened:
- I tried to enter with my Perogrin Shrer character and I have got something like "You are not allowed to use this character" (I don't remember the exact message)
- I entered the game again using different character - all was OK
- I finished the quest andI switched to Perogrin again - this time I was able to join

- Then I realized I am missing 2 items:
-- Enhanced Jewellery box (this one was empty or had drops from max 1-2 quests)
-- Greater mining bad (this one worth 20k) (I was storing some rare raw gems in this one - don't remember exact items)

Maybe relevant info:
- day before I was trying temporary shop for the first time

The issue is much more serious, next issue:

-When I enter the game using my half-orc character Babatata the serves Distant Shores is crashed.

Any comments? I was able to enter with Half-Orc character now and delete it.

Looks like I have lost those items due to some multiple crashes
