Bookbags remove weight reduction on phrasebooks.

Reduced the weight of a few books in the enchanting pool.
I put them in a book bag.
Upon removal, the weight reduction was removed.
I have only tried this with phrasebooks.

There's some topics floating around the forums about how the book bags work. I couldn't find it for reference, but the high level is that "using" the bag actually destroys the item and "using" the bag again re-creates the item from scratch without enchantments.

Whatever was done extra with the bookshelves is newer than the book bag scripts. Hence, bookshelves can store and keep things like the enchantments.

Upgrading book bags with the new book shelf script could be a good suggestion to make.
