Faction - Remove Messages/Books from Bookshelves

The option: Remove Messages/Books from Bookshelves

Is not working for faction-tagged message boards and bookshelves.

How to confirm:
1. Create a rank with the option "Remove Messages/Books from Bookshelves" enabled
2. Assign the created rank to a character
3. Rename a message board/bookshelf and add your faction tag to the board name
4. Add a message to the message board, you can remove the message now
5. Ask another character to pin a message that he/she created - You cannot remove the message despite the faction settings being correct

In Bookshelves it's even worse as You cannot take out a book yourself created even. How to test:
1. Craft a bookshelf
2. Place it down and put into it book - you can still remove the book
3. Pickup the bookshelf and rename it to add your faction tag
4. Place down the bookshelf - you cannot remove the book now even if you have crafted the bookshelf yourself (and still can rename it)

Seems like this faction option is not used at all, but it certainly blocks the fixture
