Can't Equip Goblin Scourge Flail

Hi, I just finished crafting my first Goblin Scourge Flail and it says that the only requirement for using it is being a gobo (Which my toon is), but it still says that I need a UMD skill of 30 to be able to use it and unequips when I try to use it.

It says can only be crafted by Goblins.

But it states that someone able to use it must be evil. Perhaps this is the problem?

yeah, my toon is neutral evil, still can't use it, and in the requirements it says only usable by Goblin. Nothing about Evil

ah... im taking the information from the wiki, perhaps it has changed.

Yeah, if I remember right, it used to be only usable by evil back when it was first introduced.

I can only guess this happened when we began to be able to properly support custom races, post HAK. I'll follow it up and if needs be will fix the recipe and replace any bugged items.
