Good hope is a level 3 spell that only gives a +2 to skill checks and saving throws. It lasts 1 round / level for what is a rather weak spell compared to similar level 3 bard spells (haste, wounding whispers, displacement)
Increase the duration to turns or hours / level to make it actually worth using occasionally.
