Can’t run after completing delivery writ

After dropping off the package my character still can’t run. Not sure if this has to do with the new update or not. Does anyone have this issue as well?

Trying entering stealth. Then exit stealth. See if you can run.

Wow they STILL haven't gotten to this one? It's been there since they first put deliveries in.

The workaround is to spam always walk on and off

Another thing I have found that works is to enable -alwayswalk, then do it again to disable it. For me at least, that always fixed that problem.
