As the title says.
Back in the day, summon SR was balanced with access to Mordenkainen's Disjunction scrolls in mind. Now that they require 80 Lore, I would recommend dropping the SR of all summons by 5, so that 50 Lore (which covers access to Greater Spell Breach and Word of Faith scrolls) allows mundane characters to have the same odds of removing summons they had before this update.
(Dipping Specialist and taking ESF:Lore allows 14 INT characters to reach 45 Lore with full skill point investment. Reaching 50 with gear and accessing 7th circle scrolls is thus possible.)
