Allow barbarian rage damage to work with unarmed

Currently, barbarian rage damage only triggers if you have a melee weapon equipped. I'd love to see it and thundering rage work with gloves if the barbarian takes the improved unarmed strike feat.

Balance wise, barbarians and monks currently cannot be taken on the same character, so this would be inferior to using a weapon.

Even if barbarian monks were allowed with a future 5% award, I don't see it being a balance issue due to the stat spread that would be required along with unarmed requiring a heavy monk level investment, and rage requiring a heavy barbarian level investment.
