A successful taunt would reduce the parry skill of the opponent.
How much can be still discussed, but it could be equal to the difference between the Taunt roll and the defender's concentration roll to a max of a -10 penalty for 3 rounds. Or maybe no cap (full difference) but just for one round. This should give additional options to prevent players sitting in parry all the time.
