Surface is broken since update

I've tested this on three characters now. I'm able to get into Cities and Planes and Skal just fine. However, the moment I step over a transition that takes me to the Surface, my character is completely stuck. I can talk and use some instant cast abilities, but can't move, leave stealth mode, or equip/unequip gear.

Others in game and on the Arelith Discord have reported having this issue as well.

We are aware. I spent a long time investigating this tonight, but to little avail.

We are taking the surface server down, and I will look at it again tomorrow.

Surface is acting weird now, can't move or do anything but sit there once i get on. I can see normally but that's about it?

Thank you for your hard work troubleshooting this. Is shutting down / password-locking surface until the problem is found an option, so people get prompted to the other servers and can continue playing?

Odd i can move now... guess i better see the new areas while i can before the next glitch occurs.
