Add some of the new bard spells to warlocks

Thematically, crushing despair would fit well on a fiendlock.

Irresistible dance, eyebite and nightmare would be a good fit for a feylock.

Good hope should be left off of them, as it doesn't seem to fit warlocks thematically.

Spellbooks are an issue in NWN.

Going to reject his until such time as the game has updated and we have the ability to give warlock a fully functional spellbook and level 1 selection (I believe NWN EE will eventually be updated to allow this)
