Now that harm has been dealt with and is no longer considered "OP" it may be worth looking at these spells in terms of damage resistance.
Currently these two spells render a whole host of spells completely and utterly useless and offer very little counter play, which considering the other bonuses they give and the spell level of neg energy protection is a little much.
The suggestion? Drop them somewhere between 10-30/-- energy resistance rather than immunity.
It'd result this portion of the spell being more on point with the rest of energy resistances while not affecting the other bonuses each bring.
