Tinkers Not Spawning?

This week, I've noticed around Andunor and the Underdark that I'm always seeing the tinker's bag, but never any tinkers. It's like they stopped spawning for some reason.

I doubt that this is the case. I've noticed this in the grotto for the last two months and it doesn't get the kind of foot traffic to have a tinker murdered. I'm guessing, because there seem to be different tinkers, that some are broken and some aren't

They do spawn, they just... don't spawn all the places they should, it seems like.

The Tinkers are spawning in the right locations. I've seen their bags placed there, but no Tinker. Given that this is happening in "safe" areas with no monster spawn I have to assume that either the Tinker spawn is broken, or there's a player killing them. But given the frequency of the missing Tinkers, I'm leaning toward a broken spawn right now.

This has been occurring for about two weeks now. It would be nice if someone could look into it.

I think the bag just stays behind after the tinker despawns and moves, is all.

I've run into the same issue. Seen plenty of abandoned bags, and no tinkers in the last few weeks.

Yeah. Definitely not a recent issue. I'd date this back to like 3 weeks, maybe even 4 or more. It's been quite a while.
