I think those could use some sort of improvement.
The main issue is that (for example) walking from Cordor to Brog is DULL. "No fast travel" is a good rule, but "no running" is just an annoyance which makes those writs unpleasant and does not contribute anything to them.
Maye ba good idea would be to remove "no running" restriction and instead ambush the courier. Or something like that.
