Lances, Combat Riding, and Weapon Focuses.

Very simple premise.

Basically - lances are under pole arms. Lances are a horse based weapon.

Focusing in polearms for something people trained in horse combat are usually trained in is a bit goofy. Especially because you shouldn't / won't be able to use such things off your horse.

Idea:

If you have a melee weapon focus.
If you have Mounted Combat.

You should get free focuses / imp crit / etc duplicates for the Lance.

That way you can use things like that effectively and not gimp your character in order to be a knight or osmething.

Wait are you asking for less feats or less weapon focuses? The groups are made to be easier I thought...
Ohhh you want to be able to have lance go with any grouping. Hmm...
I guess it would increase variety as the only people who might use lances are those with the polearm focus. Interesting...
