While playing around with a Palemaster in PGCC, I noticed that the horrid wilting half damage to allies doesn't seem to be functioning.
I tried both heavy palemaster builds and smaller dips.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Create a Palemaster character with any number of levels, and cast horrid wilting on an ally or a summon.
Expected Result:
Half damage to allies.
Actual Result:
Comparable damage to when used on enemies or allies.
100ish on a failed save, 50 on a success.
