Spirited Charge Cooldown

My character (on the main servers, so not with any Cavalier levels) just got a cooldown fire for Spirited Charge when using individual dismount.

Just confirming, it seems to be consistent - at least on Surface server, not tried elsewhere. 100% occurrence across four or five dismounts in various areas but all on the same character.

Sounds like someone forgot to type if it's active, then do this in front of the cooldown setting.
