Hello!
I've noticed some doors on the server can be bashed and destroyed once per server reset - once they respawn they become immune to destruction.
One example of this I have seen several times are the two doors that lead to the cultist lair in Skaljard cellars. These doors are also 'knockable' unless destroyed and have respawned. If one player destroys those doors, that dungeon can no longer be accessed by any except lock pickers. This is a very low level writ and so I do not think it should be limited to those with open lock skills only.
I imagine this is a bug as the doors -are- bashable prior to their respawning.

Another door I've noticed the same problem with is the exit door in the Temple of Noise (Underdark), that leads back to the Grimlock Lair.

I wondered why there was an inconsistency between doors being susceptible to 'Knock'! This must be it.
