Derro caves connection to Slave Pits

The room of the derro caves that connects to the Slave Pits in Andunor has a bugged grating through which the derro and player characters can pass, even if the door is locked.

The derros can pass through the grating and attack anyone who enters the room, and vice versa the characters can pass through avoiding the door.

In addition an npc from the Slave Pits area, a bugbear named Gorth, sometimes enters that area and gets himself killed by the derro, in good part due to the above mentioned bug.

P.S.
As an addendum, I noticed that disabling area in the derro cave yields xp, whereas disabling them in other areas, like Slaver's Tower and various caves around the Underdark (grimlock, ogres, stingers to name a few) do not yield any xp reward after the detrap.
