Expanded Warehouse Issue in Brogendenstien

Description of Bug Experienced:
Not sure if this is a bug or a lack of actually being coded in but neither myself or the Thane can add items to the expanded warehouse. Permissions were checked but when the settlement leader who has those option automatically something wrong.


Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Talk to Ragnar by the resource chest in Brog
Open Expanded Warehouse
Click Set buy/sell prices
Add Items [see screen 1]

Expected Result:
Being given addition options

Actual Result:
Nothing but the menu refreshing

All other settlements have a bigger expanded warehouse list and being unable to change the in the Golden Halls is something that feels broken to me.

i will when I can do my IC job correctly but that requires OOC Mechanics that AREN'T In game.

Said mechanics are already coded into every other settlement.

To my knowledge the mechanic has been in game at least 2 IRL years in the other settlements.
