Entangle Concentration Disruption

This seems to be affecting spell-like abilities such as the PDK's Final Stand. I assume this is a bug, as Final Stand does not otherwise provoke concentration checks.

Is it actually rolling a concentration check? From what I've seen, immobilize just breaks your action queue, which is a beamdog issue.

Tried to used Final Stand while entangled and got a message along the lines of "Your concentration has been broken," which caused Final Stand to fail and made it unusable until rest. There wasn't a concentration save, however.
