I'm actually looking at a Monk Build right now and realised that the recent update does allow Dexterity to be pushed to 25 for Epic Dodge Feat with Defensive Roll given as a Free Feat
Hence, I'm thinking that perhaps Blinding Speed Feat CD Reduction can also be extend to Monk class as well so that it make much more sense for taking this Feat as a Pure Monk Class.
What do everyone think?

Re: Blinding speed Feat
Blinding Speed is a core feat for stealthers because it's an instant action. It is core for archers too because they want to start shooting asap.
Monks dont have sneak attack and dont relay on stealth. They can just drink potions really, and they already get the movement speed Blinding speed offers permanently anyway. For monks, blinding speed is just ac/apr and I see no reason, thematically or mechanically, to include monk in the classes defined as core users of this feat.

Re: Blinding speed Feat
This is not necessary at all, and monks are fine the way they are now (aside from monk/divdips)

I personally don't think monks need any more of a power-up. Pure monk, dex based, epic dodge, and now reduced cooldown on Blinding Speed? That's too much for one class.
