This may have been fixed already and just not present on PGCC, my apologies if it has been.
The duration of Dragon Knight on PGCC for a shaman is around 12-18 seconds, which I assume is the minimum. Same for project_image though I haven't tested that recently. Suspect their class levels don't count towards the Arelith custom duration for the spell.
